These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vesenna AI's Email Assistant (the "Service") and of this website. By connecting your email account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Website design work is covered by a separate written agreement; see "Website Design Services" below.
Vesenna AI connects to your Gmail and/or Outlook inbox to read incoming messages (and earlier messages in the same conversation) and generate suggested AI reply drafts, using the business information you give us. On plans that include it, and only if you turn it on, it also looks at your recent sent conversations to draft follow-ups for customers who haven't replied. If you grant calendar access, it also reads your calendar's free/busy times (not event details) to make scheduling replies accurate. Drafts are saved to your inbox for your review — the Service never sends an email on your behalf without your explicit approval.
Vesenna AI also designs and builds websites for local businesses. Each website project is governed by its own written agreement, which sets out the scope, price, and what you own, and which you accept before any work is paid for or published. In general: we may prepare a free mock-up for you to look at, nothing is published until you have approved it, and an optional care plan for ongoing updates is available. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms for a website project, the agreement controls. The sections below about connecting your email account apply to the Email Assistant only.
Vesenna AI is offered on monthly plans, and new clients can try it free for 3 days. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and the free trial are set out in your Client Service Agreement, which you accept before connecting your email account. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.
You must be authorized to connect the email account(s) you use with the Service — for example, as the account owner or with proper authorization from your business. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts.
Reply drafts are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended tone. Drafts state facts about your business (such as prices, hours, and policies) taken from the information you provide, so you are responsible for keeping that information accurate and up to date. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any draft before approving it to be sent. Vesenna AI is not liable for the content of any email you choose to send.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful communications, or to connect an email account you are not authorized to access.
The Service is currently offered on an ongoing basis but may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify connected clients of material changes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vesenna AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from AI-generated content you choose to send.
You may stop using the Service and revoke its access to your inbox at any time via your Google or Microsoft account settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
